From time to time, Bluetooth devices lose their paired connection. This is not unusual or problematic. It is always a good idea to do a fresh restart of your app, phone or tablet, smart case, and Bluetooth.
- Close the PogoCam app
- Go to Bluetooth in the settings of your phone or tablet, select SMART CASE, and click "forget this device"
- Turn off Bluetooth on your phone or tablet
- Power off the smart case (flip the switch from “1 to 0”)
- Restart your phone or tablet
- Turn on Bluetooth in the Settings of your phone or tablet
- Power on your smart case (flip the switch from “0 to 1”)
- Open the PogoCam app
