2. Have you contacted our customer support team? Our customer support representatives can answer most of the questions you may have about using PogoCam. They are available by chat, email, and phone.
If you bought it on PogoTec.com (or from the PogoTec Facebook Store) and you’d still like to return, we will refund the cost of PogoCam within the 30 Day Return Policy. (If you bought it from another authorized retailer, please visit their site.)
If you have a technical issue with your PogoCam within a year of purchase, you are most likely covered by our 1 Year Limited Warranty and can receive a replacement.

PogoCam purchases on PogoTec.com (and from the PogoTec Facebook Store) are covered by a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are within 30 days of your purchase, you may return an undamaged PogoCam for any reason (though we’d love to know why).
If you have purchased your PogoCam from another authorized retailer, please contact them for their return policy.
