Sometimes, when plugging a smart case into a PC via USB, users will receive a pop up message that advises them to reformat the case (the external drive) before they can access the files.
This is usually caused when the smart case is also connected via Bluetooth to the PogoCam app on a user's phone or tablet. To solve this, turn Bluetooth off on your mobile device. Then unplug the smart case from the computer, power off the case, power it on again, and plug back into the USB.
This may also be caused if you plug the smart case into a PC before the files from the PogoCam have offloaded to the smart case. If you notice the camera light on the case is flashing rapidly, unplug the case from the computer and wait for that light to turn solid. Then plug back into the USB.
